These apartments are conveniently located near many points of interest.  You would be within walking distance to downtown Willow Grove, the local SEPTA train station, bus stop, the Willow Grove Park Mall, large grocery store, several restaurants as well as the new Wawa on York Road.  These properties are also approximately 2 miles from the PA Turnpike.

 

Parking for these units is located in a well lit rear lot.  The lot is also equipped with security cameras that are operational at all times.  Landlord provides a safe environment for all tenants.

 

 

As an added safety feature, the Willow Grove Fire Department and Second Alarmers Rescue are directly across the street.  

 

All of our units are well maintained and we respond promptly to any service call from our tenants.  We strive for long term tenants.  Lease Agreements are on a one year basis with automatic renewal unless tenant informs otherwise.
